Our achievements so far

At Collectively Changing Corrections, we are deeply proud of the significant strides we've made. We've successfully created a vital space where incarcerated individuals and their loved ones can find their voice, access crucial advocacy information, and actively participate in the movement for systemic change. Through consistent correspondence, informative newsletters, sharing personal stories, and engaging in community education, we effectively bring critical attention to the conditions within Missouri prisons. Our efforts continuously advocate for essential oversight, meaningful rehabilitation programs, effective reentry preparation, and robust support systems for families.

Advocacy helped contribute to an incarcerated correspondent receiving a medication change after years of seeking appropriate care.
